What you will do

• Define and own the vision, roadmap, and success metrics for assigned AI products and capabilities.
• Translate business needs into actionable AI requirements, owning the backlog of epics, features, and user stories.
• Prioritize the product backlog to maximize business value while balancing technical feasibility, risk, and compliance.
• Define and track measurable outcomes, including value realization, model accuracy, latency, and cost to serve.
• Embed Responsible AI and compliance by design, incorporating security, privacy, and ethical requirements.
• Serve as the primary business-facing owner to align stakeholders and drive post-release adoption.

Requirements

• 7+ years of job-related experience (or 11+ years with a High School Diploma/GED).
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Product Manager delivering AI/ML or analytics solutions in an enterprise environment.
• Demonstrated experience translating business needs into technical requirements for AI/ML use cases.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, including model lifecycle, training vs. inference, and performance metrics.
• Experience managing backlogs using Agile methodologies with a focus on iterative delivery.
• Must be legally authorized to work in Mexico without sponsorship.

• Experience supporting AI/ML use case discovery, intake, and feasibility assessments.
• Knowledge of responsible AI principles, data governance, and compliance frameworks.
• Experience in process mapping, gap analysis, and business case development.
• Background in healthcare, medtech, or other regulated industries.
