What you will do

• Own the product roadmap and backlog for core areas of the platform.
• Partner with engineering and design to define and ship iterative product improvements.
• Manage complex, interconnected systems spanning APIs, AI agents, and front-end experiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive growth.
• Engage directly with users to validate opportunities and inform prioritization.
• Apply practical AI development knowledge to improve prototyping and evaluation processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Direct experience building or shipping AI-powered products or agent/automation frameworks.
• Experience working with APIs, integrations, and complex system dependencies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
• Practical proficiency using AI tools to improve PM workflows and rapid prototyping.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, credentialing, or regulated industries.
• Experience building products in the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Familiarity with emerging AI distribution patterns like agentic skills and embedded agents.
