What you will do

• Lead the product roadmap and lifecycle for Physical AI and industrial automation streams, from concept to launch.
• Manage backlog priorities and delivery trade-offs using Azure DevOps to maximize business value.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to translate product goals into clear technical specifications.
• Conduct market and customer research to identify product gaps and new development priorities.
• Develop business cases and success metrics based on revenue, margin, and product performance.
• Champion Agile delivery practices, including backlog grooming and stakeholder communication.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in combined Product Management and Business Analysis roles.
• 2-3 years of domain expertise in industrial automation, IoT, robotics, or manufacturing technology.
• Deep expertise in data engineering, analytics, robotics, or industrial simulation.
• Must be based in Mexico, Colombia, or Chile.
• Advanced experience with Azure DevOps and managing multi-layered Agile backlogs.
• Strong ability to bridge high-level product strategy with detailed technical documentation.
