TL;DR
Business Controller (iGaming): Managing the balance sheet and financial performance for the Content & Aggregation business with an accent on financial integrity, commercial insight, and risk management. Focus on overseeing complex billing operations, driving month-end close reviews, and optimizing financial processes through automation.
Location: Krakow, Poland. Candidates must be authorized to work in Poland on a full-time basis without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.

What you will do
- Own the integrity, quality, and performance of the balance sheet for the Content & Aggregation business.
- Provide end-to-end oversight of balance sheet movements, risks, and receivables collections.
- Lead month-end close reviews, including financial commentary and variance analysis.
- Apply financial judgement to accruals, provisions, and complex revenue recognition transactions.
- Partner with senior leadership to provide commercial insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with Accounting Operations and Revenue teams using D365 to direct priorities.
Requirements
- Significant experience in controllership, finance business partnering, or senior accounting within a multinational organization.
- Strong expertise in IFRS, financial accounting, and balance sheet management.
- Professional certification such as CPA, CA, ACCA or equivalent.
- Experience with ERP platforms like Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and tools like BlackLine or IBM Planning Analytics.
- Must be authorized to work in Poland without visa sponsorship.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing capability across finance and business leadership.
