Business Controller - Content & Aggregation

Location: Krakow, Poland. Candidates must be authorized to work in Poland on a full-time basis without current or future visa sponsorship.

What you will do

• Own the integrity, quality, and performance of the Content & Aggregation business balance sheet.
• Oversee balance sheet movements, risks, underlying drivers, and receivables collections.
• Review reconciliations, lead month-end close review, and provide financial commentary and variance analysis.
• Apply financial judgment across accruals, provisions, revenue recognition, and complex transactions.
• Partner with finance and business leaders to provide commercial insight and support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with D365 Accounting Operations and Revenue teams while improving reporting, controls, and finance process automation.

Requirements

• Significant experience in controllership, finance business partnering, or senior accounting roles in a multinational organization.
• Strong expertise in balance sheet management, financial accounting, governance, IFRS, and financial reporting.
• Experience with centralized or shared-service finance models and complex business environments.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and close or reporting tools such as BlackLine or IBM Planning Analytics.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and influencing skills.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA, CA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification required.

• Experience automating finance processes with AI tools.
