What you will do

• Lead the Group Finance function, managing a diverse organization of 50+ employees and multiple direct reports.
• Oversee the strategic development and operational execution of Financial Shared Services to ensure global standardization.
• Own all internal and external reporting functions to provide high-quality data for strategic decision-making and legal compliance.
• Drive the development, standardization, and optimization of processes across finance operations and reporting.
• Support organizational transformation, restructuring initiatives, and contribute to M&A activities and post-acquisition integrations.
• Collaborate on budgeting, forecasting, treasury, cash management, tax, transfer pricing, and risk management.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior strategic finance leadership role.
• Strong capabilities in managing managers and remote/international teams.
• Experience leading companies through organizational restructuring and transformation phases.
• Background in digital, media, tech, or gambling/betting organizations.
• Significant exposure to high-volume acquisition environments and active participation in M&A processes.
• Exceptional expertise in process development and operational scalability.
