Senior Director – Group Finance

Location: Hybrid in Copenhagen, Denmark

What you will do

• Lead and develop the Group Finance function, overseeing a team of more than 50 employees and managing 6–7 direct reports.
• Drive the operational execution and strategic development of Financial Shared Services across international teams.
• Own internal and external reporting, ensuring timely and accurate financial, operational, and data reporting.
• Develop, standardize, and optimize finance processes and reporting structures.
• Support organizational transformation, restructuring, global expansion, and acquisition activity.
• Oversee budgeting and forecasting, financial controlling, treasury and cash management, tax and transfer pricing, risk management, and M&A integrations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior or strategic finance leadership role.
• Experience managing managers and remote, international, and cross-border teams.
• Experience navigating organizational restructuring and transformation.
• Experience in digital, media, technology, gambling, or betting organizations.
• Experience across venture-backed companies, SMEs, and publicly listed organizations.
• Strong exposure to high-volume acquisitions, M&A processes, process optimization, and operational scalability.
