What you will do

• Ensure financial information complies with professional and regulatory standards.
• Enter financial data including accruals, deferrals, and reclassifications into the ledger.
• Perform account analysis and reconciliations to ensure balance accuracy.
• Support the preparation of statutory statements and participate in internal and external audits.
• Maintain accurate record-keeping and supporting documentation.
• Stay updated on regulatory requirements and accounting best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or associate degree in accounting or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in general ledger accounting.
• Fluent English and Polish (professional vocabulary required).
• Understanding of accounting standards and ERP systems.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• Must be able to work on-site in Warsaw, Poland.
