What you will do

  • Drive retention and renewal rates by managing the renewal pipeline and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Build and nurture strategic relationships with key stakeholders to act as a trusted advisor.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to link marketing workflows to the business value delivered by hirify.global.
  • Advocate for customer needs and feedback internally to drive product improvements.
  • Execute consistent and efficient onboarding and implementation for new customers.
  • Identify growth opportunities and collaborate with Sales and Marketing for account expansion.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management, preferably in MarTech or SaaS.
  • Proven track record of building relationships with various levels of seniority.
  • Ability to deliver renewal results against a quota and manage Books of Business against ARR targets.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • General understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, analytics, CRM, and marketing automation.
  • Experience with upselling and generating qualified leads.
