What you will do
- Drive retention and renewal rates by managing the renewal pipeline and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Build and nurture strategic relationships with key stakeholders to act as a trusted advisor.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to link marketing workflows to the business value delivered by .
- Advocate for customer needs and feedback internally to drive product improvements.
- Execute consistent and efficient onboarding and implementation for new customers.
- Identify growth opportunities and collaborate with Sales and Marketing for account expansion.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management, preferably in MarTech or SaaS.
- Proven track record of building relationships with various levels of seniority.
- Ability to deliver renewal results against a quota and manage Books of Business against ARR targets.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- General understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, analytics, CRM, and marketing automation.
- Experience with upselling and generating qualified leads.
