What you will do

  • Act as the primary advisor for deal booking in the CRM, ensuring alignment with commercial strategy and pricing guidelines.
  • Review and approve commercial contracts for accuracy and compliance, adhering to turnaround SLAs.
  • Support Sales on quote configuration, policy interpretation, and basic CRM troubleshooting to accelerate deal closure.
  • Monitor deal flow via reports and dashboards to proactively surface and resolve discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Product teams to manage non-standard terms and invoicing requirements.
  • Advise Strategic Account Managers on complex, high-value transactions to anticipate and remove internal process blockers.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Singapore to support the hybrid workplace model.
  • 2+ years of experience in deal desk, contract administration, or commercial operations within a SaaS or technology company.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, CPQ, and quote-to-cash processes.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and commercial contract management.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy when handling high-value transactions.
  • Experience with G Suite.
