What you will do
- Act as the primary advisor for deal booking in the CRM, ensuring alignment with commercial strategy and pricing guidelines.
- Review and approve commercial contracts for accuracy and compliance, adhering to turnaround SLAs.
- Support Sales on quote configuration, policy interpretation, and basic CRM troubleshooting to accelerate deal closure.
- Monitor deal flow via reports and dashboards to proactively surface and resolve discrepancies.
- Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Product teams to manage non-standard terms and invoicing requirements.
- Advise Strategic Account Managers on complex, high-value transactions to anticipate and remove internal process blockers.
Requirements
- Must be based in Singapore to support the hybrid workplace model.
- 2+ years of experience in deal desk, contract administration, or commercial operations within a SaaS or technology company.
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, CPQ, and quote-to-cash processes.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and commercial contract management.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy when handling high-value transactions.
- Experience with G Suite.
