TL;DR

Location: Must be based in New York, NY

Salary: $139,000 - $218,000 (base salary) + bonus + equity + benefits

What you will do

  • Recruit, train, and optimize a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs).
  • Develop and execute monthly and quarterly prospecting strategies to generate new revenue opportunities.
  • Establish performance metrics and dashboards to monitor team activity and pipeline health.
  • Collaborate with Demand Generation teams to implement effective lead-driving campaigns.
  • Manage inbound and outbound lead flow to ensure efficient follow-up processes.
  • Mentor and coach team members to foster a high-performance culture.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in demand marketing, ISR, BDR, or SDR functions within a SaaS Enterprise technology company.
  • 4+ years of experience leading and scaling high-performing teams.
  • Must have experience working with Salesforce.
  • Strong data and metric-driven mindset with excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Ability to work onsite in New York, NY.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of private banking and wealth management prospecting.
