What you will do

• Lead internal teams in the development of AI products and solutions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on client projects as a subject matter expert.
• Design and implement scalable cloud-based infrastructure for ML workloads.
• Guide data scientists in scaling, optimizing, and testing models for production environments.
• Develop production-grade ML/AI solutions using robust software engineering practices.
• Contribute to thought leadership through training, workshops, and industry presentations.

Requirements

• MSc in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, AI, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in building production-quality ML/Deep Learning pipelines.
• Expert coding skills in Python and at least one of Scala, C++, or Java.
• Fluency in both English and Dutch is required.
• Must have existing work authorization for the Netherlands (no work permit sponsorship provided).
• Willingness to travel for client engagements.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in Management Consulting.
• Strong domain knowledge in Computer Vision, Deep Learning, or NLP.
