Location: Must be based in Madrid, Spain (Hybrid: 3 days in office per week). Relocation assistance provided.

What you will do

• Own technical delivery across multiple deployments from initial prototype to stable production.
• Build full-stack systems that deliver customer value and guide model adoption.
• Embed with customer engineering teams to understand needs and remove blockers.
• Make trade-offs between scope, speed, and quality to protect delivery timelines.
• Codify working patterns into tools and playbooks for broader team use.
• Provide field feedback to Research and Product teams to improve model performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of engineering or technical deployment experience including customer-facing work.
• Experience scoping and delivering complex systems in ambiguous environments.
• Proficiency in writing production-grade code across frontend and backend using Python or JavaScript.
• Experience building or deploying systems powered by LLMs or generative models.
• Ability to simplify complexity and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Must be based in Madrid or willing to relocate (relocation assistance provided).
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
