What you will do

• Help build and evaluate context lifecycle management from intent to verified, persistent outputs.
• Develop tools and integrations across internal systems and external data sources.
• Create durable memory and state that support long-running, multi-step clinical work.
• Design evaluation and verification loops that reduce drift, context loss, and hallucinations.

Requirements

• Strong Python skills and solid Git collaboration experience.
• Proven experience building LLM-driven features including prompt/context design, RAG, and tool use.
• Deep understanding and experience with agentic systems, including state management, planning, and guardrails.
• Strong ML foundation, particularly with transformers, LLMs, and VLMs.
• Experience designing robust evaluation frameworks for LLM and agentic systems.
• Clear communication skills for design discussions, code reviews, and cross-functional collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience with knowledge graphs or structured representations for reasoning and retrieval.
• Experience using workflow orchestration tools such as Dagster or similar.
• Familiarity with distributed execution frameworks (e.g., Ray) and scaling workloads cleanly.
• Ability to turn new developments in agentic systems into shippable engineering.
• Some experience with Reinforcement Learning.
