GenAI Engineer (AI)

Location: Hybrid work in The Hague; candidates must currently reside in the Netherlands

Salary: €4,527–€6,036 per month based on 36 hours per week, depending on knowledge and experience.

What you will do

• Design, build, maintain, and scale reusable AI components for the NN AI asset marketplace.
• Develop scalable AI applications using agentic frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph.
• Bring AI models into production as APIs and integrate them into the NN technology landscape.
• Define the AI Asset Lifecycle with Data Scientists and Engineers.
• Set standards for CI/CD, testing, monitoring, security compliance, and documentation.
• Translate business requirements into AI solutions, optimize latency and caching, conduct code reviews, and present solutions to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in software or DevOps engineering and ML application development.
• Strong experience with Python, FastAPI, and asynchronous development.
• Experience with CI/CD, application security, performance monitoring, Git, and Terraform.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, and automated API or cloud solution development.
• Working knowledge of data collection, data cleaning, model implementation, and end-to-end AI solution delivery.
