Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Hamburg, Germany (Hybrid: 3 days in office).

What you will do
- Establish the core marketing infrastructure, workflows, and brand guidelines from the ground up.
- Develop and execute a global B2B content strategy across websites, blogs, and LinkedIn.
- Produce high-impact multimedia assets, including video and photo content.
- Drive visibility through organic SEO, SEA, and emerging search technologies.
- Organize and execute high-value webinars and proprietary brand events.
- Represent the company at international industry conferences and networking events.
Requirements
- English fluency is required for persuasive B2B copywriting.
- Proven track record in full-funnel content creation and multimedia storytelling.
- Expertise in SEO, SEA, and modern search visibility strategies.
- Experience in SaaS, mobile marketing, adtech, or the gaming ecosystem.
- Ability to thrive in a first-hire role and manage a department of one.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Hamburg (relocation bonus provided).
Nice to have
- Experience with Generative AI search engine optimization (GEO).
- Strong portfolio of previous B2B marketing campaigns.
