Focus on building automated acquisition loops, optimizing the full PLG funnel, and leveraging signal-based marketing to generate a high-velocity pipeline.

What you will do
- Design and execute a Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategy, focusing on acquisition loops, free trials, and in-product activation.
- Own the search strategy (SEA, SEO, and GEO) for the CMMS product to maximize visibility among mid-market buyers.
- Manage end-to-end digital campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, and software review platforms like G2 and Capterra.
- Build signal-based audience workflows using intent data and product analytics via HubSpot and Clay.
- Optimize conversion rates across the acquisition funnel and track KPIs such as ROAS, Cost per MQL/SQL, and activation rates.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of digital performance marketing experience in a fast-growing mid-market SaaS business.
- Proven track record of building and scaling PLG acquisition funnels.
- Deep hands-on expertise in Google Ads, SEA, SEO, and AI-powered search optimization (GEO).
- Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing data automation (HubSpot, Clay).
- Fluent English required.
- Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid model in Mannheim, Germany.
