What you will do

• Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies tailored to the used-car sector.
• Build and lead a high-performing team, establishing scalable processes for execution and optimization.
• Define and integrate high-value keywords and targeting tactics to drive qualified leads.
• Use data-driven insights to improve lead quality and maximize ROI across all channels.
• Partner with Tech, Data, and Product teams to enhance automation and experimentation.
• Leverage emerging AI-driven advertising capabilities to improve campaign performance.

Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on experience managing large-scale paid media campaigns.
• Proven ability to design data-driven strategies and optimize acquisition costs.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills with a track record of mentoring.
• Fluent in English, with additional European language proficiency (especially German) as a plus.
• Experience communicating with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Track record of utilizing AI-driven tools to enhance campaign efficiency.
