What you will do

• Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies across search, shopping, app stores, display, and paid social.
• Build and lead a high-performing team, establishing scalable processes for flawless execution and optimization.
• Define high-value keywords, audiences, and targeting tactics to drive qualified leads and sales.
• Use data-driven cross-channel insights to improve lead quality and maximize ROI.
• Collaborate with Tech, Data, and Product teams to enhance automation and leverage emerging AI-driven advertising capabilities.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience managing large-scale paid media campaigns across digital channels.
• Proven ability to design data-driven strategies using advanced audience segmentation and feedback loops.
• Strong analytical skills to translate complex campaign data into actionable strategic recommendations.
• Track record of mentoring and leading teams in fast-paced, results-driven environments.
• English: Fluent (C1) proficiency required.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work from Berlin, Germany.
