What you will do
- Resolve technical issues and tickets using the JIRA ticketing system.
- Install, configure, and service Windows/Mac computers, mobile devices, and peripherals.
- Manage user accounts, authentication policies, and permissions via Active Directory.
- Monitor and maintain wired and wireless networks (LAN/WLAN).
- Deploy system updates and work on the automation of IT processes.
- Maintain technical documentation and manage the IT asset inventory.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in IT Support or helpdesk roles.
- Proficiency with Microsoft products: Office 365, Active Directory, SCCM, and Intune.
- Ability to work with both Microsoft and Apple (Mac) hardware.
- Basic knowledge of LAN/WLAN networks and network device monitoring.
- English: Minimum B2 level required.
- Location: Primarily office-based in Rzeszów.
