What you will do

• Manage and continuously improve IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory.
• Lead cloud migration initiatives and drive the development of the Microsoft Azure environment.
• Implement identity and endpoint management solutions using Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, and MFA.
• Establish IT security standards, backup strategies, and disaster recovery/business continuity plans.
• Optimize IT processes, including incident, change, and asset management.
• Partner with business stakeholders to align infrastructure with organizational growth.

Requirements

• Proven experience in IT infrastructure administration, engineering, or management.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Hyper-V virtualization.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud migration projects.
• Understanding of networking technologies and cybersecurity best practices.
• English: C1 (Excellent written and spoken).
• Location: Must be able to work hybrid in Poland.
