Senior Support Engineer

What you will do

• Provide global ET support and manage technical tickets within ServiceNow.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for remote ET support.
• Manage local inventory, coordinate equipment, and prepare hardware for new hires.
• Run weekly new hire orientation sessions.
• Troubleshoot client-side network connectivity and provide local A/V support via Zoom.
• Maintain local server rooms and ensure compliance with IT security and general controls.

Requirements

• Must be based in Warsaw, Poland (On-site role)
• Minimum of 5+ years experience supporting information technology infrastructure.
• Minimum of 2 years experience providing executive-level support.
• Strong proficiency with Mac OS systems at the user level.
• Experience with Okta, Jamf, Active Directory, Office 365, and Google Administration.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime and after-hours work

Nice to have

• Experience with change control policies and procedures.
