What you will do
- Act as the Tier-3 SME escalation point for enterprise endpoint management across multiple operating systems.
- Define and enforce standards for device enrollment, policies, packaging, patching, and compliance.
- Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Problem Management activities to improve system stability.
- Develop automation using PowerShell and Bash/Python to manage endpoints at scale.
- Manage Workspace ONE tenant administration and delivery governance including rings and phased rollouts.
- Enable L2 support teams through technical coaching and the creation of detailed runbooks.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in EUC/UEM/Device Management with Tier-3 troubleshooting responsibilities.
- Strong expertise in Workspace ONE (policies, profiles, compliance, smart groups, and Intelligence).
- Proficiency in automation via PowerShell and Bash/Python fundamentals.
- Knowledge of PKI/SCEP and Entra ID join/device access principles.
- ITIL v4 mindset for Incident, Problem, and Change management.
- English: B1 level required.
Nice to have
- Advanced packaging and deployment engineering (Win32/MSIX, macOS pkg).
- Certifications in Workspace ONE, Jamf (200+/300+), or ITIL v4 Foundation.
- Proficiency in French or Italian.
