What you will do

• Develop and execute customer acquisition plans aligned with company strategy to achieve growth targets.
• Provide competitive FX and global local clearing products for Financial Institutions (FIs) and banking partners.
• Analyze payment pain points in vertical industries such as cross-border e-commerce, OTA, online education, and study abroad payments.
• Collaborate with internal product teams to create targeted industry solutions that enhance client experience and retention.
• Assist Account Managers post-onboarding to maximize transaction volume and uncover further client needs.
• Monitor industry trends to explore and promote new sustainable commercial cooperation models.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in banking, cross-border payments, FX, or cross-border e-commerce.
• Strong self-drive and result-oriented mindset with a sense of ownership.
• Excellent planning, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Sharp market insight and analytical ability to develop and maintain customer resources.
• Professional proficiency in Chinese and English.
