TL;DR

Location: Remote (Must be based in the USA)

Salary: $250,000–$350,000 OTE

hirify.global is building AI Agents to automate manual workflows and increase efficiency within the $12 trillion global logistics industry.

What you will do

  • Own full-cycle enterprise sales and net-new logo acquisition across assigned US regions.
  • Build and maintain a 3x–4x qualified pipeline via disciplined outbound motion and self-sourcing.
  • Lead consultative, workflow-driven sales processes to map operator pain to hirify.global's AI use cases.
  • Manage complex deals with executive stakeholders including COO, CIO, and VP of Ops.
  • Develop ROI models and structured business cases to convert pilots into closed contracts.
  • Document repeatable deal patterns to inform GTM strategy and drive account expansion.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise B2B SaaS or enterprise logistics sales.
  • Proven track record of closing six- and seven-figure enterprise deals.
  • Must be based in the USA.
  • Strong solution-selling and value-mapping skills with the ability to navigate complex buying committees.
  • Baseline understanding of LLM/AI or deep expertise in logistics workflows.
  • Executive presence when dealing with C-level and VP-level operators.
