Location: Hybrid role based in New York, NY or San Francisco, CA. No visa sponsorship or relocation assistance provided.
Salary: $185,000 – $210,000 + Equity

What you will do
- Own and optimize the new hire ramp program for Business Development, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive library of pitch decks, talk tracks, and playbooks.
- Design and execute a rigorous certification program with clear evaluation rubrics and feedback loops.
- Provide direct one-on-one coaching to sellers, including call debriefs and deal strategy workshops.
- Translate product updates and competitive intelligence into concise seller briefs.
- Partner with Product Marketing and RevOps to align enablement priorities with pipeline data and win/loss patterns.
Requirements
- 5+ years in sales enablement, training, or related GTM roles at a B2B SaaS company.
- 3+ years of sales enablement experience combined with 2+ years of direct selling experience.
- Proven track record of building or significantly rebuilding enablement programs from the ground up.
- Strong experience in direct one-on-one seller coaching and workshop facilitation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for authoring effective training materials.
- Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
Nice to have
- Experience in high-growth B2B SaaS environments with technical or AI-adjacent products.
- Familiarity with enterprise sales cycles involving complex stakeholder management and security assessments.
- Proficiency in using pipeline analysis and conversion metrics to drive enablement strategy.
