What you will do
- Generate a robust sales pipeline through cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling.
- Communicate the value proposition to key decision-makers at small to medium staffing firms.
- Act as a technology consultant to diagnose client challenges and propose tailored solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial qualification to product demonstrations and contract negotiation.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline health within the company CRM.
- Analyze won and lost opportunities to contribute to product and process improvements.
Requirements
- Circa 6 months of experience in the recruitment industry or selling products/services into the recruitment sector.
- Proven track record of problem-solving and building strong professional relationships.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently to maximize sales output.
- Strong interest in providing technology solutions to growing businesses.
- Innovative and creative approach to prospecting and sales processes.
- Desire for continuous professional growth and openness to coaching.
