Program Manager (Procurement): Leading complex, cross-functional initiatives to design and scale procurement processes, systems, and governance with an accent on strategic sourcing, P2P workflows, and operational efficiency. Focus on driving transformation roadmaps, translating business needs into scalable requirements, and leveraging AI and automation to optimize the spend lifecycle.

Location: Must be based in or able to relocate to San Francisco, CA (Hybrid: 3 days in office per week).

Compensation: $216,000 – $240,000 + Equity.

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional procurement transformation programs spanning sourcing, P2P, and risk management.
• Develop and maintain the procurement transformation roadmap, prioritizing initiatives and aligning investments with business objectives.
• Translate complex business needs into scalable requirements for processes, workflows, and reporting.
• Drive quarterly planning and execution, maintaining visibility into milestones, risks, and resource needs.
• Partner with procurement verticals to accelerate execution and move projects from idea to implementation.
• Define success metrics and leverage data to evaluate operational performance and process effectiveness.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of experience in program management, business operations, or procurement operations.
• Proven success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of procurement, finance, risk, and operational workflows.
• Experience translating business requirements into scalable operational processes or technology solutions.
• Ability to drive execution in high-growth, rapidly changing, and ambiguous environments.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to San Francisco, CA.

Nice to have

• Experience with procurement platforms such as Zip, Oracle, OneTrust, Navan, Brex, VNDLY, or Salesforce.
• Background in change management, enablement, and organizational adoption.
• Enthusiasm for leveraging AI and automation to improve business outcomes.
