Location: Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, United States

Salary: $135,000–$195,000 per year

What you will do

  • Provide vision, direction, and leadership for the MidAtlantic Water Services practice across the Northeast.
  • Develop regional growth strategies, including market positioning, client targeting, and service line expansion.
  • Advise key municipal, utility, industrial, and private-sector clients while leading pursuits, proposals, teaming, and interviews.
  • Provide technical leadership and quality oversight for clean water, wastewater, flood control, and stormwater management projects.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop multidisciplinary design and project delivery teams across multiple offices and states.
  • Drive financial performance, project delivery, client satisfaction, utilization, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related discipline; a master’s degree is preferred.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
  • At least 15 years of progressive experience in water-related planning, design, and project delivery.
  • At least 15 years of experience in the engineering or professional services industry.
  • Demonstrated experience leading teams, projects, client portfolios, and water programs across multiple states and offices.
  • Strong knowledge of public-sector procurement, utility operations, water infrastructure funding, business development, and client management.

Nice to have

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Established client relationships in Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware, and/or New England.
  • Experience integrating water, environmental, resilience, and civil/site teams.
