TL;DR
GTM Strategy (Founding) (Logistics/AI): Building and scaling the go-to-market motion for AI agents in the logistics industry with an accent on market positioning, product launches, and sales strategy. Location: Onsite in San Francisco (Monday-Friday)
Salary: $145,000 – $195,000 + equity

What you will do
- Partner with leadership to identify and execute high-priority GTM initiatives.
- Develop and refine market positioning, messaging, and customer narratives.
- Lead product launches and coordinate execution across product, engineering, sales, and marketing.
- Create sales enablement materials, including competitive positioning and objection handling frameworks.
- Design and execute growth initiatives, including outbound campaigns and account-based marketing.
- Analyze sales calls and pipeline data to uncover insights and improve GTM performance.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work onsite in San Francisco (Monday-Friday).
- 3-5 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, private equity, or strategy & operations at a high-growth startup.
- Exceptional analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
- Experience using AI tools for research, analysis, or workflow automation.
Nice to have
- Experience in growth, product marketing, partnerships, or revenue operations.
- Familiarity with B2B SaaS and enterprise sales motions.
- Experience building processes from scratch in an early-stage company.
