What you will do

• Partner with Customer Success and Support Operations to translate business objectives into technical requirements and execution roadmaps.
• Design and implement advanced automations to eliminate friction and increase efficiency across the post-sales customer lifecycle.
• Develop AI-powered agentic processes and leverage tools like ticketing and CSP to automate value realization.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with RevOps and GTM Systems to deliver a best-in-class user experience.
• Manage systems governance, including data integrity, deduplication, and ROI audits of adopted tools.

Requirements

• Must be based in Chicago
• 5-8 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Systems Analyst.
• Professional background in consulting or high-growth B2B SaaS environments.
• Demonstrated expertise in AI first principles, with a portfolio of micro-apps built on Claude, n8n, Replit, or similar platforms.
• Strong ability to extrapolate data structures across platforms for both end-users and AI agents.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and BI tools for data storytelling.

• Experience as a founder or partner in a consulting agency.
