What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end GTM strategy for Fuels Operations Hub, including ICP development and launch planning.
  • Develop differentiated positioning and messaging frameworks based on customer research and competitive intelligence.
  • Build and maintain sales enablement assets including pitch decks, ROI tools, battle cards, and objection-handling guides.
  • Partner with Product Management to influence roadmap priorities using market intelligence and customer insights.
  • Conduct win/loss analysis, customer interviews, and prospect discovery to map buyer journeys.
  • Deliver training and enablement programs to improve sales effectiveness and accelerate onboarding.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS, data, or analytics within the oil and gas industry.
  • 3+ years of experience supporting complex enterprise buying processes and stakeholders.
  • Proven success executing GTM strategies from positioning and launch through optimization.
  • Strong storytelling skills and the ability to simplify complex technical concepts into value propositions.
  • Must be based in the USA (TX).

Nice to have

  • Domain expertise in energy, fuels, commodities, agriculture, or logistics.
  • Experience marketing workflow software or enterprise SaaS solutions.
  • Familiarity with fuel pricing, terminal management, or fuel distribution operations.
  • Experience presenting at industry conferences, webinars, or analyst briefings.
