Salary: $147,900 – $220,200 annually

What you will do

• Define and deploy GTM strategies for hirify.global AI Services and hirify.global Bedrock to drive customer adoption.
• Collaborate with product managers to influence product direction based on key customer use cases.
• Lead customer engagements and drive internal and external evangelism for AI-powered solutions.
• Conduct market sizing and build opportunity pipelines in collaboration with global counterparts.
• Create training content and scale assets for field teams to accelerate service adoption.
• Work with model providers and solution architects to implement scalable GenAI solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Go-To-Market (GTM), Business Development, Sales, or Consulting.
• 2+ years of professional experience with AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, or Storage technologies.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Proven experience selling enterprise software or cloud-based applications.
• Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical executive audiences.
• Must be based in or able to work from Seattle, WA or New York, NY.
