hirify.global is building an AI-powered operating system for CPA firms, integrating client data, workflow automation, and analytics into a single platform.

What you will do

  • Build and execute integrated, multi-channel campaigns and ABM programs from brief to launch.
  • Manage HubSpot workflows, lead scoring, and campaign tracking to ensure clean pipeline attribution.
  • Partner with Sales to translate campaigns into field-ready materials and optimize based on feedback.
  • Proactively use AI tools and LLMs to enrich data, surface intent signals, and accelerate research.
  • Draft and coordinate campaign assets including emails, landing pages, and nurture sequences.
  • Track program performance and recommend tactical improvements based on pipeline metrics.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in demand generation or ABM at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Proven track record of building named account programs from scratch.
  • Strong proficiency in HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience using enrichment platforms like Clay or Apollo for scaling outreach.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to build funnel models and navigate ambiguity.

Nice to have

  • Experience in enterprise-level sales motions with long cycles and high ACV.
  • End-to-end webinar execution experience.
