What you will do

• Own the North America events and field marketing strategy, including annual planning and budget management.
• Partner with sales leadership to develop programs that generate pipeline and accelerate revenue opportunities.
• Lead the planning and execution of industry conferences, trade shows, and executive events.
• Provide leadership and operational oversight to field marketing managers in EMEA and APJ.
• Establish global field marketing frameworks, playbooks, and reporting standards.
• Define and track event KPIs to present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in field or events marketing within B2B SaaS or enterprise technology.
• 4+ years of people management experience, including leading distributed or regional teams.
• Proven success in building field marketing strategies that drive measurable pipeline and revenue.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in Salesforce, Marketo, and event reporting tools.
• Ability to travel 30-50% for events and global team alignment.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
