What you will do

• Act as the global technical expert for semi-hard cheese types including Gouda, Edam, and Maasdam.
• Support customers in optimizing production using specialized cultures, enzymes, and ingredient solutions.
• Conduct application trials and performance evaluations in laboratories and at customer sites.
• Translate customer challenges into structured technical projects in collaboration with R&D and marketing.
• Manage a portfolio of technical projects ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
• Provide technical documentation and expert guidance to support technical sales and product positioning.

Requirements

• University degree in Food Technology or related field, preferably specialized in dairy.
• 8+ years of experience in a dairy ingredient company.
• Hands-on expertise in semi-hard cheese manufacturing and deep understanding of cheese technology.
• Proven experience in project management and collaboration with commercial teams.
• Fluency in English.
• Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
