Salary: €85,000 – €110,000 per year

What you will do

• Define OT scope within global engineering projects and ensure alignment with site partners.
• Formulate and secure approval for OT strategies, providing technical leadership from concept to equipment selection.
• Communicate site and project requirements to vendors to meet global automation standards.
• Drive digital transformation via Industry 4.0 technologies to establish Smart Factories and Autonomous Manufacturing.
• Collaborate with Global IT/OT teams to develop technology standards and strategies.
• Partner with Project Managers and Manufacturing Operations to deliver design intent and quality standards.

Requirements

• Extensive experience delivering GMP Process Control Systems (PCS) including DCS, SCADA, and PLCs in pharmaceutical/biotech projects.
• Strong understanding of Biotech and API manufacturing processes.
• Proven project management capabilities and ability to influence stakeholders.
• Knowledge of secure integration of PCS with IT architectures, MES, and data analytics platforms.
• Must be based in or able to work in Boxmeer, Netherlands (Hybrid)

Nice to have

• Knowledge of current GMP regulations and regulatory expectations.
• Experience with OT cybersecurity, electronic batch records (EBR), and data modeling.
• Experience with drug product automation (vial filling and packaging).
• Experience with laboratory or warehouse automation.
