What you will do

• Coordinate the Mechanical Design Team to achieve all project deliverables.
• Provide technical input and support from the conceptual stage through to detailed design and qualification.
• Manage equipment modules and packages throughout the design and procurement phases.
• Conduct Design Risk Assessments and participate in Technical and Safety reviews.
• Develop Scope of Work documentation and Mechanical Project Specifications.
• Perform cost and man-hour estimation and deliver design scope within budget.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Chemical/Process Engineering may be considered with relevant experience).
• Substantial experience in the Pharmaceutical, Mission Critical, or Biopharmaceutical sectors.
• Proven experience in leading a design team and coordinating the efforts of others.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to lead technical and safety reviews.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Eemshaven, Netherlands.
