What you will do

• Develop and simplify processes across the value chain, including assembly, warehousing, and quality control.
• Provide engineering support for troubleshooting and continuous improvement directly on the production floor.
• Optimize productivity, capacity, and safety using DMAIC, Flow Acceleration, and SMED methodologies.
• Plan, execute, and report on equipment qualification and process validation using DoE, FMEA, and SPC.
• Lead engineering projects and support process automation and digitization, utilizing tools like Power BI.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in multidisciplinary manufacturing environments as a process or manufacturing engineer.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Expertise in continuous improvement methodologies (DMAIC, Value Stream Analysis, 5S, Tier Management).
• Proven experience with Equipment Qualification and Process Validation.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Dutch is preferred.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Kerkrade, Netherlands.
