Vice President, Strategic Sales - East (Remote): Oversee Strategics segment field sales in the East region, driving sales strategy, forecasting, quotas, and team performance with an accent on C-level, solution/consultative selling and managing multimillion-dollar targets. Focus on strategic planning, budget development, and communicating corporate strategy while ensuring revenue goals are met.

Location: USA - Remote, MA

Salary: $200,000 - 340,000 per year + bonus + equity + benefits

What you will do

  • Provide management oversight to the Region to drive sales strategy and goal attainment.
  • Participate in quarterly and annual strategic planning with sales management.
  • Plan and direct sales activities including forecasting, marketing program development, relationship development, customer satisfaction, and collateral development/distribution.
  • Set short- and long-term goals and quotas aligned with company objectives.
  • Identify needed resources and develop a proposed budget for Senior Management review.
  • Select, develop, and evaluate senior sales personnel; keep senior leadership informed of key issues impacting results.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in the USA (Remote), MA
  • 5+ years of experience leading/managing senior sales teams with complex product/solution sales.
  • Proven track record working with multimillion-dollar targets and deep knowledge of the full sales cycle, including working at C-Level.
  • Experience with target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills; strong relationship building and negotiating skills.
  • Ability to work remotely and be willing to travel.
