What you will do

• Design and configure SAP systems and technology platforms, specifically focusing on IBP forecasting.
• Perform impact analysis, build, and test system changes to enable business requirements.
• Identify and resolve application issues affecting end-users and other application teams.
• Create and maintain comprehensive system documentation and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and software vendors to ensure alignment of needs and delivery.
• Provide mentorship to junior analysts and serve as a subject matter expert for assigned applications.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the US (Madison, WI)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or 12 years of relevant experience).
• 5+ years of experience developing or configuring technology solutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
• Ability to travel locally between company locations (approx. 5% travel).

Nice to have

• Experience configuring business systems in life sciences, healthcare, or related industries.
• Technical expertise in SAP IBP, Production Planning, S/4 HANA, and Fiori.
• Understanding of SAP Security architecture and implementation methods.
