Location: Must be based in Universal City, California (Hybrid: 4 days/week in office)

Salary: $130,000 - $180,000

What you will do

• Lead the delivery of financial planning solutions using SAP BPC and SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Translate complex business processes into functional and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate technology solutions and maintain system roadmaps.
• Provide production support and troubleshoot complex financial planning issues.
• Act as a trusted internal advisor for key business stakeholders in the Studios organization.
• Participate in solution architecture, build, and testing activities for FP&A system upgrades.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience with ERP FP&A systems (SAP BPC, SAC, Anaplan, etc.).
• Proven ability to work flexible hours to support global accounting and planning users.
• Strong understanding of FP&A processes including budgeting, forecasting, and consolidated financial reporting.
• Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and translating technical requirements into finance-speak.
• Must be able to work from the office in Universal City, CA at least 4 days per week.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and SAP BPC modeling.
• Familiarity with SAP ERP (FICO, BW, S4/HANA) and BI reporting tools.
• Experience in Media & Entertainment accounting or GAAP/IFRS principles.
• Project management experience using MS Project.
