What you will do
- Analyze requirements and design SAP solutions for RTR processes, focusing on the CO module.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and identify automation opportunities.
- Perform hands-on configuration in S/4HANA for FI and CO objects, including cost estimates and inter-company processes.
- Drive fit-gap analysis, solution design, and preparation of functional documentation.
- Coordinate testing activities, including unit, integration, and UAT, as well as cutover planning.
- Mentor junior team members and provide production support for incident resolution.
Requirements
- Must be located within reasonable driving distance of a facility.
- Ability to travel 30% for go-lives and hyper-care.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
- 8+ years of professional experience, with at least 5 years of hands-on SAP S/4HANA RTR expertise.
- Minimum of 3 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations with direct RTR design involvement.
- Deep knowledge of Product Costing (CO-PA and CO-PC), variance analysis, and WIP calculation.
- Experience working in Agile environments with tools like Jira, Scrum, or Kanban.

- SAP certification in FI, CO, CO-PA, CO-PC, or S/4HANA.
