Compensation: $170K – $300K

What you will do

• Architect, build, and launch complex multi-step AI agents to digitize operational workflows.
• Integrate 3rd-party lending service APIs for automated underwriting, fraud prevention, and document generation.
• Develop the next generation of job processing infrastructure on AWS to improve reliability and observability.
• Build and deploy full-stack web application features from design through production.
• Mentor junior engineers in both technical implementation and soft skills.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, React, and GraphQL.
• Experience designing and scaling complex relational database schemas (Postgres).
• Experience with AWS and infrastructure-as-code using Terraform.
• Ability to develop readable and maintainable software architecture for enterprise customers.
• Familiarity with AI product development lifecycles, including evals and dataset curation.
