Senior Fullstack Engineer

Location: Remote U.S.

Salary: $195,000–$263,000 USD annual cash compensation, plus equity.

What you will do

• Lead large technical projects and establish foundations for performant, reliable, and customizable core products.
• Own customer-facing product experiences from problem definition and solution design through implementation, launch, measurement, and iteration.
• Build secure systems that connect and interpret data across people, agents, assets, controls, vendors, and related business context.
• Bring AI-powered workflows from exploration to production in partnership with product, design, domain experts, and engineers.
• Make tradeoffs across business priorities, user experience, technical sustainability, security, explainability, and maintainability.
• Set direction for critical technical areas, lead cross-functional projects, and contribute to hirify.global’s engineering culture.

Requirements

• 7+ years of fullstack engineering experience, with an emphasis on backend development.
• Experience leading teams or complex technical projects.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience building user-facing SaaS products for startup and enterprise users.
• Experience building 0-to-1 products and solving large-scale technical problems.
• Ability to work remotely from the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with TypeScript and Go.
• Startup experience or experience in an environment with a bias for action.
• Interest or prior experience in security, risk, privacy, or AI governance.
• Experience building AI-powered product experiences, evaluating AI quality, or using modern AI development tools.
