Salary: £75,000 – £185,000 + £20,000 – £50,000 Equity

What you will do

• Build and ship high-quality product features using TypeScript across the full stack.
• Own projects end-to-end, from initial design and implementation to deployment and monitoring.
• Integrate AI agents and workflows directly into the product to automate procurement tasks.
• Collaborate with a high-trust, ambitious team to scale systems and engineering practices.
• Engage directly with enterprise customers to gather feedback and iterate on product value.
• Maintain high standards for reliability, performance, and maintainability in a continuous delivery environment.

Requirements

• Must be based in London and able to work in-person 3 days per week.
• Proven experience building full-stack web applications from start to finish.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and experience with modern web frameworks like React.
• Experience with AWS serverless infrastructure (Lambda, DynamoDB, EventBridge).
• Ability to thrive in an autonomous, high-ownership environment with complex, ambiguous problems.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset for team building and feedback.
