What you will do

• Build and ship end-to-end web and backend features with production-grade quality.
• Develop AI-powered systems, including custom agents, RAG pipelines, and state-machine-driven workflows.
• Design and implement backend services using Node.js and TypeScript.
• Engineer reliable AI systems with guardrails, traceability, and confidence measurement frameworks.
• Rapidly transform product requirements into functional solutions with a strong bias toward execution.
• Collaborate within a highly autonomous, async-first remote engineering environment.

Requirements

• Expert-level proficiency in TypeScript, including advanced concepts like Generics and Discriminated Unions.
• Strong experience with Node.js backend development and PostgreSQL.
• Proven full-stack engineering experience with React, Vue, or Svelte/SvelteKit.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying AI/LLM-powered features or agentic systems.
• Strong English communication skills required for collaboration.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, highly autonomous environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Fastify, Hono, or Express frameworks.
• Familiarity with Slack API integrations and analytics platforms like PostHog or Metabase.
• Experience with PDF generation tools like PDFKit or Puppeteer.
