What you will do

• Own end-to-end design for core product areas, from early discovery through high-fidelity Figma designs.
• Lead customer discovery sessions and usability tests to translate user insights into product design decisions.
• Design intuitive UX patterns for complex interactions, such as multi-step automation and data-dense tables.
• Create AI-native experiences, focusing on uncertainty states, intervention affordances, and graceful error handling.
• Build and maintain Figma component libraries and design system assets for a scalable visual language.
• Advocate for accessibility, ensuring WCAG compliance and inclusive design practices.

Requirements

• Portfolio demonstrating high-craft visual and interaction design for dense layouts and complex workflows.
• Deep proficiency in Figma, including variables, auto-layout, variants, and prototyping.
• Experience designing AI-native UX where outputs are probabilistic rather than deterministic.
• Ability to create approachable, information-heavy UIs with advanced filtering and bulk actions.
• Strong user research instincts and the ability to synthesize qualitative signals.
• Must be based in the United States

• Experience contributing to or building scalable design systems.
• Strong product mindset with the ability to communicate rationale and make pragmatic tradeoffs.
• Visual design chops and brand sensibility for work beyond product UI.
