Senior Product Designer (AI)

Location: Atlanta, GA or Austin, TX; the role requires being able to work from the Austin office at least one day per week. Minimal travel.

Salary: $122,500–$168,400 per year.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end product design from research and concepts through delivery and refinement.
• Create responsive, high-fidelity web and mobile designs aligned with brand and accessibility standards.
• Conduct usability testing and synthesize analytics and customer feedback into product improvements.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and AI teams to deliver platform features.
• Advocate for user needs and contribute to the evolution of scalable design systems.
• Use AI-assisted design and prototyping tools to improve design workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or a related field.
• 5+ years of product design experience, preferably in SaaS or B2B environments.
• Portfolio demonstrating responsive, high-fidelity product design with measurable impact.
• Proficiency with modern design tools such as Figma and familiarity with AI-assisted design workflows.
• Working knowledge of WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards.
• Ability to work from the Austin office at least one day per week.

Nice to have

• Experience designing AI-powered products or complex data-driven systems.
• Familiarity with construction or contract management workflows.
• Experience with motion design, micro-interactions, or design systems.
