Senior Product Designer (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States. Preferred location: San Francisco Bay Area.

Estimated base salary: $135,000–$200,000 annually.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end design for core features across worker and facility apps, from research and problem definition through launch and iteration.
• Partner with product managers and engineers to define product vision, roadmaps, priorities, and solutions for ambiguous customer problems.
• Conduct customer conversations and use research and product data to shape user flows, visuals, interactions, and product decisions.
• Create detailed, high-fidelity prototypes and iterate designs until shipped experiences are polished, intuitive, and impactful.
• Raise visual and interaction quality across products while contributing components and patterns to the design system and codebase.
• Integrate AI into research synthesis, competitive analysis, concept generation, copywriting, and working prototypes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience and a portfolio demonstrating shipped work, strong visual and interaction craft, and end-to-end thinking.
• Experience independently owning a product area from problem definition through launch and iteration.
• Fluency in Figma and AI-powered prototyping tools, with experience designing for iOS, Android, and web.
• Experience working within and contributing to design systems, including collaboration with designers and engineers on implementation.
• Strong systems thinking, customer research skills, communication, presentation, and ability to explain design rationale.
• Must be available for US remote work.

Nice to have

• Experience with two-sided marketplaces or products where both sides of a transaction depend on each other.
• Experience designing for healthcare, operations-heavy, or other high-stakes real-world domains.
• Location in the San Francisco Bay Area.
