What you will do
- Define and execute a comprehensive product roadmap for B2B eCommerce platforms, aligning strategic objectives with customer needs.
- Lead agile sprint processes, creating detailed user stories and acceptance criteria to deliver high-quality digital features.
- Act as the central communication hub between stakeholders, subject matter experts, and development teams.
- Coordinate technical integrations with ERP systems and third-party applications to ensure robust product functionality.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and feedback to identify and prioritize product enhancements.
- Partner with sales, marketing, and support teams to increase product adoption and enhance the user journey.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience as a Product Manager in B2B eCommerce, specifically in web and native mobile product development.
- Proven experience with digital tools within the construction or roofing industry.
- Deep understanding of software development processes and agile methodologies, including Scrum.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Must be based in McKinney, Texas (Hybrid work environment).
Nice to have
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), PSM, or CSM certifications.
- Pragmatic Institute Certification.
- Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems integration.
- Advanced degree such as an MBA or Master's in a relevant discipline.
- Expertise in customer journey mapping and user experience (UX) design.
