What you will do

• Manage the enterprise digital asset and capabilities inventory to maximize efficiency and utilization.
• Facilitate governance processes for the Digital Operating Model, including intake management and steering committees.
• Develop and promote the Digital Product Management Playbook, establishing best practices and standards for Product Managers.
• Maintain and update the enterprise end-to-end digital roadmap within the Digital Product Hub.
• Conduct build/buy/partner and vendor integration evaluations for new digital capabilities.
• Collaborate with other ProductOps Managers to optimize the operating model infrastructure.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, Technology, Design, Healthcare, or related field (or 6 years of equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience in Product, Project, or Program Management.
• 1+ year of experience with Agile Process Methodology.
• 2+ years of experience in the Healthcare Industry.
• Must be based in Pennsylvania.
• Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
