What you will do

  • Own the Swim Team Store roadmap and prioritize features for team setup, ordering, customization, and fulfillment.
  • Engage with swim coaches, team admins, parents, and athletes to uncover needs and pain points.
  • Prototype and validate quickly using tools like Lovable and Figma, then iterate based on real user feedback.
  • Drive cross-functional execution with design, engineering, operations, sales, and customer support.
  • Measure and iterate using KPIs such as adoption, NPS, retention, and team order value.
  • Champion the business case by aligning product initiatives with strategic goals and ROI.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of product management experience in ecommerce, SaaS, or B2B platforms.
  • Experience in ecommerce operations, community-driven products, or team sports retail; firsthand experience with swim teams or youth sports organizations (coach, athlete, parent, or administrator).
  • Strong prototyping skills and working knowledge of Lovable and Figma (or similar tools).
  • Strong customer-first mindset and ability to empathize with end users.
  • Analytical and strategic skills: define KPIs, analyze performance, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills for alignment and storytelling across leadership, design, engineering, and customer-facing teams.
